BACKGROUND CHECK

In order to deliver not only the food but also the message, Katinka & Maysara Socrat were gathering knowledge and ideas without even knowing that each step was a stepping stone to the foundation of TASTE LIFE.

When they finally started out in the beginning of 2012, their company was based on expertise, and three rock solid prerequisites:

  1. Katinka is a celiac herself, with a life long experience around the necessity of gluten free products – and her husband Maysara became the backbone of protecting her particular dietary needs.
  2. She excellentlly graduated at the Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management, one of the world's leading universities in that regard. Her culinary teacher, Michael Kitts, a price given chef, and Graham Challender don't get tired, since day 1 of her university career, to support her spirit, and reaching out ideas. 
  3. Katinka lured her husband into her gluten free lifestyle by cooking, and baking, over time on a star level … and whoever tried gluten free products knows that this is pretty much close to a miracle.
    The name her husband finally gave to the company speaks more than a 1000 words about the quality of her attempt:
    TASTE LIFE… again.
